Minimum Requirements

To apply, you must meet the following basic criteria:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have no bankruptcies within the past 5 years
Have no accounts sent to collections within the past 3 years
Have a minimum monthly income of $1,500

*Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval.

Applying With a Co-Applicant

If you do not meet the minimum credit requirements, you may apply with a co-applicant. For the best chance of approval, list the individual with the strongest credit profile as the primary applicant on the application.

Additional Financing Options

If you are not approved for the Advance Care Card or need a higher approval amount, additional financing options may be available through third-party lenders.
