Dr. Eric Beyer, MD, is a board-certified emergency physician and Medical Director bringing advanced clinical expertise and a patient-centered approach to hormone optimization, aesthetics, and wellness care, with a focus on women’s health and functional medicine.

Dr. Eric Beyer serves as Medical Director with a commitment to excellence, precision, and patient-centered care. He is board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and holds a faculty appointment as an academic professor with the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Emory University. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Microbiology and Molecular Biology, then earned his medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine, where he was elected Vice President of his class.

Meet Lawrence G. Miller III, M.D.

Dr. Beyer completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta, one of the nation’s premier training programs. He has since served in hospital leadership roles, including Trauma Director at Tennova Clarksville Hospital and a member of the Trauma-Informed Care Leadership Taskforce, and continues to teach medical and PA students as part of his ongoing academic work.

Following residency, he developed a strong passion for hormone replacement therapy, aesthetics, and wellness medicine — fields in which he has been actively involved for over five years. He continues to serve the Nashville community as a practicing emergency physician while also dedicating himself to advancing personalized wellness and aesthetic care, bringing the same rigor and evidence-based standards from emergency medicine to every treatment plan he builds.

Dr. Miller’s career trajectory began in a prestigious group practice, but his unwavering dedication led him to establish a dynamic solo practice. Specializing in obstetrics, gynecology, infertility, and cutting-edge surgical techniques, he boasts an impressive record of over 7,000 deliveries, earning accolades for his exceptional care.

Dr. Miller’s fervor for Functional Medicine, which delves into the root causes of health issues and prioritizes prevention, has ignited a transformative approach to patient care. He believes in empowering patients with knowledge and promoting proactive well-being.

His distinctive blend of traditional medicine, state-of-the-art technology, and forward-thinking care ensures that women receive top-notch healthcare throughout their life journey.

Recognition & Academic Contributions

Dr. Beyer’s academic record includes research on the role of the incretin hormone GLP-1 in fuel metabolism, conducted at the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute. He is a member of the American College of Emergency Medicine and has received numerous competitive academic honors, including the Orange County Medical Society Scholarship and the Florida State University College of Medicine Mission Scholarship. He stays current on evolving standards of care through ongoing continuing medical education and close collaboration with specialists across disciplines.
