About Jodi

Jodi is the friendly face and warm voice that greets you when you visit or call our office. Joining our team as a receptionist in August 2022, Jodi brings six years of customer service experience to ensure that your experience with us is nothing short of excellent.

Known for her calm demeanor, Jodi handles even the busiest of days with grace and composure. Her kind and helpful nature shines through in every interaction, making you feel valued and heard. Attention to detail is her forte, ensuring that your needs are met efficiently and accurately.

On a Personal Note

Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Jodi made the move to the Richmond area in 2016, adding a dash of Philadelphia flavor to our team. Beyond her role as a receptionist, she has a passion for cooking, gardening, reading, and traveling with her loving boyfriend and playful pup, Murphy. Jodi’s caring and professional approach to her work is matched only by her sense of humor, which brings a smile to everyone’s face.

She’s an enthusiastic participant in Richmond’s social events and festivals, always eager to meet new people and make lasting connections. With Jodi as our receptionist, you can expect a warm welcome and exceptional service every time you interact with us.
